new theme: wellness wednesdays…

still alternating between hot yoga and the gym (weights/treadmill). still tracking my daily steps. average days 4000. good days closer to 8000. 10K days are rare.

have enjoyed this 40 days of changes. moving more. feeling great. bikini weather won’t catch me off guard!

in fact, looking forward to warmer weather to get outside more. outdoor exercise…hiking…swimming…biking…swings (why not, it’s cardio!) when i take the kids to the park.
