so many people think they need to join a gym or buy expensive equipment to get into shape. but honestly, the only equipment you need is a pair of comfortable shoes.
put them on and go. that’s it.
walking burns calories. need i say more? ok, i can. it strengthens muscles. improves blood pressure and heart rate. it is low impact so there is a low risk of injury. it can improve sleep and decrease stress.
the most important thing walking does is create a feeling of well being and improve your mood.
all for the price of comfortable shoes.
